Delivery Options

At KUKU, every ceramic piece is handcrafted and made-to-order. Because of this, our delivery times include both the crafting period and the courier shipping time.

You may choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery at checkout.

Standard Delivery

Production + Shipping Time:
10–15 business days

This timeline includes:

24–48 hours for order confirmation and processing
Handcrafting and quality inspection
International standard shipping

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, production and delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Express Delivery

Production + Shipping Time:
7–10 business days

Express orders are prioritized in both production and shipping.
Please note that courier delays may occur during holidays or global logistics congestion.

How to Track Your Order

Our delivery time begins once your order is accepted. Each KUKU piece requires careful handling, packaging, and preparation.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number
A link to your tracking page
Courier information

Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking link to become active after receiving the confirmation email.

If you created an account on our website, you may also track your order directly from your KUKU customer dashboard at any time.
